« Okay,The guest room has a retro atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era, featuring a large communal bath. While the amenities may not be luxurious, the cost performance is outstanding. The dinner and breakfast offer a delightful kaiseki meal with ingredients from the sea and mountains, along with a buffet style that includes both Western and Japanese dishes, ensuring high satisfaction. There’s also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest station. I highly 100% recommend it! »

« We had a wonderful stay and like to thank the staff and the chef. We stayed for three consecutive nights which is obviously not usual for this hotel which is normally used for the restaurant guest. This was putting a challenge on the chef varying the set menu especially for us. This was superbly achieved. Three evenings with Michelin star level cooking. Excellent! »

« Convenient location next to shinkansen station, 15mn ride to Kanazawa. Standard room equal to the other ones of Toyoko inn hotels: functional but the bed was extra hard! »

« This is a traditional Japanese hotel. Very different from what most western tourists accustomed to. No reception or check in. Very expensive. Rooms are large. There are signs of wear and tear everywhere. The traditional dinner is very expensive and literally inedible. Note: we are very familiar with Japanese cuisine but this was terrible. After not being able to eat anything during the dinner, we opted to Western style breakfast. Could not eat it too. Was terrible. There is no onsen/spa on...
