The Space:

Manor is a grand yet welcoming single-level French Provincial homestead designed for unhurried stays. Natural light fills its stately rooms, while wraparound verandahs connect the home to lush cottage gardens, towering established trees and peaceful green views in every direction.



The 2.5-acre grounds invite you to wander, settle into a quiet corner, or enjoy the changing light from a verandah. Fires Creek runs through the property, creating a gentle, tree-lined backdrop; in summer, fireflies may appear along its banks, while winter brings a quieter, misty character.



The living room is the heart of the home in cooler weather, with a combustion fireplace, high ceilings and garden outlooks. The adjoining timber kitchen and dining area are well equipped for slow breakfasts and long shared dinners.

Outside, enjoy the in-ground pool, large cabana with adjoining bathroom, sauna, outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, BBQ grill and fire pit. Pets are welcome.

Guests have private access to the homestead, its wraparound verandahs, 2.5 acres of gardens, pool, cabana, sauna and outdoor areas. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and free parking is available on the premises.

Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, Coast Hosting requires a digital copy of your ID through a secure online Guest Check-in Form. A refundable $1,000 security bond is held for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages and released within 7 days of departure if there are no issues.



Card details are also required through the secure check-in form. They are encrypted and processed through the Stripe payment gateway in compliance with strict privacy laws; details are not shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorisation.
