« The initial staff checking in was polite, but the 2nd day staff was rude, disrespectful, threatening, nothing good to say about the front desk girl with a lazy eye or cross eyed. While I was an an outing with my kids, they rummaged through our stuff in the room, stole some stuff, like a phone charging cable & a hair brush. When I asked to have it added to a room, customer report, she all of a sudden found our stolen stuff. The place was very dirty, but we were unable to obtain a room elsewhere. »
