„The apt is in the backyard of a nice house with beautiful garden. The place is clean, reasonably quiet and private. It's bigger than what the pictures show and is quite comfortable for 2 of us to stay. The host was warm and welcoming and even gave us a ride when ran into each other. We would definitely stay here again next time visiting. Thank you Laura!“

„The house is modern with every detail attended to. The house maintenance was excellant, including towels and washcloths newer, clean, properly folded and stacked on the bed. The hostess was very polite and patient with me as this was my first expedia bnb rental, she dealt with everything by phone. And getting in was by codes. Nice quiet neighborhood, in the right part of town The only thing I didn't like was the bed was hard.“

„We had a lovely time at this home. It was the right size for our family with 6 adults and 2 kids. I appreciated the prompt responses from the owner whenever we had questions and requests they responded immediately. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was close to the beach and downtown. Will definitely consider staying here next time if we come back!“

„Very nice basement suite, in a quiet area. Parking available in front of the house, but also a bus stop nearby to go into downtown every few minutes. Communication with Jason was great, quick, easy going. It was nice to also have the possibility to sit a little outside. I really enjoyed and I highly recommend it. It is big enough to fit a family of four.“

„We had a great stay. Alison was always quick to answer our messages. The place was clean and supplied with the basic necessities: towels, soap, sheets and blanket, etc. The appliances were new and awesome: ceiling fans, oven/stove/microwave, keurig, washer and dryer, adjustable bed. The hot tub was a nice perk! It's a great backyard space that is shared with the hosts and their lovely dog Timber. I really enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside and reading. All in all, couldn't ask for a better ...

„One short bus ride from Metrotown. Basement accommodations.Better than many of the options in the same price range in the area The host was very responsive and kind. Bed was great. Bathroom was small, but the shower quality was above average.There was no power outlet in the vicinity of the desk for my laptop. Full laundry machines in side room. Despite not having a kitchen, it served it's purpose. Fridge is small with no freezer. Entrance steps are a bit rough if you have issues with stairs.“
