« The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice.
Negative points:
The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee.
In the room, the toilet was not...

« This hotel lives up to it's excellent review marks. The hotel looks like it's new, is in a great Northside location with easy access to all parts of San Antonio via the excellent interstate system that exists. The hot breakfast and hot evening spread were both restaurant quality. The room was very nice. My only complaint is that the shower head, which is water conserving, reduces the water pressure substantially. That's my only complaint of this hotel tbh. Next time I'll bring my own...

« For the most part, I felt somewhat satisfied staying at this La Quinta.
The room was renovated and everything looked redone (not that sloppy). The room seemed pretty clean but when I wiped down the surfaces, some were a little dirty and dusty. One of the bed sheets was dirty since they had black markings (maybe from someone’s luggage being on the bed).
I was traveling with my cat and luckily there weren’t many spots of him to hide behind or under. I usually have to block off the back sides...
