Das Haus bietet alles notwendige und ist trotz des Alters in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage ist mit 4-5 Minuten zum Strand wirklich super und ausreichend.

Beautiful Location, But the Home Needs Attention

Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful, and we were so excited for our stay. While the location of this home was great, we did encounter a few issues that made our experience less comfortable than we had hoped. Sato Real Estate was quick to respond and did send someone over to take a look at these issues but were not able to resolve them. The home could have been cleaner upon arrival — we noticed some dust, dirty floors, and areas that seemed like they hadn’t been fully sanitized. We also had trouble with very low water pressure throughout the house, which made daily routines a bit tricky. Additionally, we did see a few cockroaches during our stay, which was concerning but we were told this comes with the tropical climate. With some updates and a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be a wonderful place to stay. We hope the owners are able to address these issues for future guests.

A Perfect Place-what it truly is.

This was our first time staying in AMI. When we pulled up to the front of the house it was exactly as described. The home was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was clean and warm, a perfect way to begin and end our days after going to the beach. I highly recommend renting a golf cart and visiting the spots that are further than walking distance, but if you can’t you can use the bikes that are provided by the owner. Beach wagon, chairs, and an umbrella were all provided which was very convenient. Some of the items such as the ping pong table and outdoor tv were broken, but it didn’t take away from the charm of the house. The home was very clean and had everything we could need in the kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. We will certainly be back and would stay with the same property management group, they were very responsive and communicative. 10/10 recommend!

AMI, We Will Be Back

Congratulations to the owners of A Perfect Place for rebounding so quickly and bringing your home into impeccable shape after two devastating hurricanes just a few months ago. We found this ranch style home with three bedrooms plus a den and three bathrooms perfect for our family which included for adults a two year-old and a six month old. There were a few details during our stay that required attention and we were impressed how quickly Sato Property Mgt responded. The location was excellent with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was only a 7 minute walk. The weather, water and sands were all so beautiful. AMI you did not disappoint! We will be back! (But for longer next time )

Loved the house! Great kitchen and the pool was great. We used it morning, noon and night. Appreciated the 3 foot lo bathrooms with 5 adults. Please block beach was a close 5 minute walk but seemed more like a private beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything we could want!

We loved this property! We were 6 adults (parents with adult children and spouse) and we all felt like this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We really enjoyed the pool, the outdoor area was very clean and had several places to sit and lounge. The shed was FULL of everything you would need to enjoy a day at the beach. We enjoyed riding the bikes! The kitchen had everything we needed. There really is no bad location on such a small island, but this place was close to beach and restaurants, and only a 10 minute drive to our favorite beach location, Bean Point. We would definitely consider staying here the next time we come to Anna Maria Island. In response to the concerns about the hot water situation, the hot water heater did keep switching off so before showers my husband just went out and reset it. It was quick to respond and we all had hot showers.

All went well except for air conditioning, house cannot keep cool during the heat of a summer day, and, hot water system is NOT good, way more cold/cool showers than warm/hot showers. Those two systems definitely need addressed for future guests.

Wonderful Property

We stayed for a week at the property and loved it! It isnt to far from the beach, but we did wish it was a little closer. We had 3 adults and 3 kids so walking to the nearest beach access was not a option with all the things you need for the beach. We rented a golf cart which was the best idea and took it to the beach everyday. Finding parking at a nearby beach access can be challenging but it was worth it not to have to drag all our stuff. The furniture was in decent shape for a rental but the master bed could probably use a new mattress soon. We sunk down so far into it it felt more like a water bed. And the couch could use a good cleaning as well. Other than those 2 small details there is nothing else to complain about! We would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

Perfect Place…was not so perfect

While the house offered basic beach necessities…we found the furniture was dirty, the kitchen needed updated & more cook & bakeware & plastic items to take outside near the pool. The pool area was in need of power washing. We also discovered termite eggs, wings & active termites infested in the beds & closet of the bedroom. My daughters suitcase & clothes showed signs of this unpleasant surprise. Much to my dismay, Sato Management & the owner would only refund one nights stay. We felt uncomfortable and left the residence early.

We loved our week at The Perfect Place

This is our 3rd time visiting the area and this was our favorite place so far. It was really the perfect house to share with another family. Having 3 bathrooms was really nice so the kids had their own and each couple had their own ensuite. We loved the walk out to the pool...no steps was a bonus with little kids. Plus the proximity of the pool to the house was convenient while making lunch, etc. We were super close to the Grouper and also the Fresh Fish Market which will walked to for fresh seafood several times. The beach is a little walk so the golf cart was must in order to get chairs, etc. there for the day. Thank you for the perfect week with family!

Awesome location with great layout

We really loved the property. It was within walking distance of the beach, a few bars and shopping! The layout was awesome, you have your privacy In your own rooms spaced out but also a fun common area to hangout, plus the heated pool is always a plus!

Would love to come back!

House is awesome and location can’t be beat! We had the best time at this property. The pool is amazing and every aspect of the house was exactly what we wanted. The sales team that manages the house was so responsive and answered every question we had. Anna Maria is a great place to vacation and would go back in a heartbeat.
