This 1,777 square foot home blends fresh modern style with comfortable vacation living. The new kitchen features stylish cabinetry and new appliances, while both bathrooms have been refreshed with new vanities and finishes. Latitude Adjustment also offers a large laundry room, a new wash and dryer and an extra sink for added convenience. 



Latitude Adjustment's primary suite features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three share the second bathroom, complete with a convenient shower/tub combination. Outside, enjoy your own private island oasis. AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.
