Beautiful condo and excellent location on the beach. We absolutely loved staying here. They have everything you need including beach chairs, coolers, games, kites and much more. Would love to visit AMI again and stay at this location.

Wonderful condo

The condo was beautiful. It was updated, spacious, and clean. The easy access off the back deck right to the pool area and the beach was amazing. Overall, this was the best beach condo my family has ever rented.

Amazing property! Impeccable decor, well appointed with everything you need! Perfect location on the beach and convenient to AMI restaurants, etc. Parking space conveniently located right beside the front door. So appreciate the queen-sized beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience, the location is amazing, the property clearly well maintained. The only concern/ suggestion is matress quality in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, my parents and my daughter could barely sleep on those, very by old and need to be replaced. The master bedroom had a nice matress.

The Closest to Heaven

The property was amazing. The reserved parking is right beside the unit, the pool is heated, the beach is amazing, and the unit has everything you can possibly think of for a beach trip. We had to switch rentals the week before we were supposed to go on this beach trip and Gy was super helpful with answering any questions my family had. The unit was spotless, the kitchen and extra fridge were superb as well too. I’d have to say getting to watch the sunsets off the private deck on the back of the property was something my kids and I throughly enjoyed. The walk from the unit to setting up our beach tent was also super short. All in all my family cannot wait to go back next year!

Spring break with the family

Perfect location in the perfect condo! We loved our stay at “Almost Heaven” - the condo was well outfitted with everything you need for a stay at the beach. We loved that the pool was Gulf front and the beachside deck was a nice amenity too. The master bed was a little firm for our liking, but that is just personal preference. Rent this condo - you will love it!

We had the best time in AMI and in this space. The unit itself is incredibly well appointed - beach supplies, kitchen gadgets, coolers, tennis/pickle ball supplies, etc. Every thing was at our finger tips to start enjoying vacation and the space immediately. The unit was clean and laid out great for us!The broader complex offers pickleball, a pool, and amazing access to the beach just steps away. We LOVED the deck to be able experience the beach in quick doses vs. having a whole set-up in the sand.Communication with the host and accessing the unit was super easy!

Fantastic stay on Holmes Beach

Just fantastic. Gy was a great host and the unit was just as advertised, so clean and fully stocked I would absolutely stay again. It was great being right on the beach yet still having a heated pool. First floor was convenient, given we had an infant.

Amazgin week at Amost Heaven

This was our first trip to Holmes Beach and we were not disappionted at all. AMI is a great place to relax and Gy makes sure you have nothing to worry about it when he shares his home. We had a relaxaing vacation and enjoyed everything. We will be back and this is the only place we will stay. Thanks for sharing your home with my family. Until next time.

Great stay, can't wait to return!

The location was wonderful and the condo was as advertised. Plenty of room to spread out, very clean, great storage space, great kitchen stock and supplies, loved having laundry capabilities right there. Having the pool and beach so close made it easy for quick trips back to the condo for snacks and breaks. We used the shaded deck area every day. Super easy to unload from the car to the front door just steps away. Owner was prompt with all communication and quick to respond to questions. Very friendly and you can tell they care about their condo and take great care of it. Property manager gave us referral suggestions for boat excursion company and we had a great time that day! All around a fantastic, relaxing and fun trip and would love to return again.

What an AWESOME vacation... This Condo was spectacular, will definitely recommend.

This property was perfect. Location was incredible, right on the beach. Beautiful pool. The Condo was clean, well equipped, beds were comfortable, all amenities were in working condition and great quality. The location was perfect for going to restaurants, getting on free Shuttle, very quiet. We absolutely loved our stay. The host was very responsive abd helpful. We will certainly be back.

Absolutely Lovely - 5 Stars Well Earned

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! We loved everything about it. The unit was well appointed. No need to bring your own chairs, and there were plenty of beach towels, floats, etc. - all kept nicely in a storage unit appointed to the condo. While we did bring our own umbrellas, one of those is available as well. The washer and dryer were in great shape, the beds were both comfortable and spotless, and the bathrooms were clean and up-to-date. The pool was immaculate and the property was very well-kept. We enjoyed sitting on the well-appointed viewing deck first thing in the morning with our coffee and again while viewing sunsets at night. As far as parking, our assigned parking spot was the closest to the unit - literally maybe 12 feet to the front door. The unit was "easy in, easy out" as far as move in and move out days. Gulf Place truly offers a family environment. We met many other families during our stay, some of whom knew the original owner of our condo (you can read up on the "Mayor of Gulf Place" during your stay.) Gy, the current owner and "Mayor's" son, checked in with us mid-stay, even though he was on his own vacation. We would definitely choose this condo all over again!

Everything was perfect!! Enough things to get you started essential wise. Should have red the book would have known about beach chairs that’s my fault. But great location so my teenager didn’t have to cross a road when he was tired of the beach.

Amazing beach condo

This was our first time on Anna Maria Island and I am so glad we stayed at this condo. Gy was easy to work with, check-in was seamless. This condo is beautiful, right on the beach! It made it really easy to go back and forth from condo to beach with small children. Laundry in unit was a huge plus as well. Location was great. Close to restaurants/shops. Thank you Yatros family for sharing this condo with us , we did a toast to Irma on the balcony! All the best, the Caniano’s

Truly ‘Almost Heaven ‘

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property on Holmes Beach. The condo was spacious, spotless and well appointed. Lovely pool and tennis/pickleball court. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Gulf Place is a beautifully kept condo complex with very helpful staff. The owners were easy to contact but really we had no occasion as the whole two weeks were nothing but enjoyable and seamless. Would highly recommend this property.

Loved, loved, loved our stay! Our favorite condo unit in Gulf Place. Condo stocked with everything we needed, loved the extra fridge! Loved watching sunsets to the beach. Fabulous Condo on the beach

We enjoyed Almost Heaven. The location is very convenient to shopping and dining. This unit has only 4 steps to get into the condo which is very helpful for seniors or those who have difficulty with steps. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely rent again.

Perfect for a family

We had a delightful week in this condo. It was spotless when we arrived, and was the perfect size for our party of 4 adults + 2 children. We loved the heated pool and easy access to the beach, both of which are literally steps from the condo. The kitchen was the most well-stocked rental kitchen I have ever stayed in! The neighbors were polite and friendly. All communication with the host was seamless with quick responses to any questions. The check-in process was clear. We never had any issues with people parking in our designated parking spot. Would absolutely recommend this property!
