Coconuts 102 is a recently updated, ground-floor one-bedroom in a quiet Gulf-front complex in Holmes Beach, with a private fenced patio on the heated pool and the beach a short walk through the dunes. King bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and an in-unit washer. No stairs anywhere. The poolside spot, not the beachfront one, and that's the point. Sleeps 4.

THE SPACE
One bedroom and one bath, all on a single floor, with no stairs and no hauling bags upstairs. The living room opens onto a private fenced patio right on the pool deck, and curtains draw when you want the room to yourself. Recently updated throughout, with central air, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades.

THE KITCHEN

THE GROUNDS
A shared heated pool, poolside grills, and beachfront loungers. The beach is a short walk west through the complex, with a path straight through the dunes to the sand. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels are in the unit.

LOCATION
The quiet north end of Holmes Beach, residential and low-rise. Groceries, coffee, and takeout are all within a mile, and the free island trolley stops near the complex.

GETTING AROUND
Rent a new six-seat golf cart for your stay, with Apple CarPlay, built-in speakers, and a cooler in the back. It's the easiest way to hop between the beach, Pine Avenue, and Bridge Street without hunting for parking. Available for a separate fee. Just message me after you book.

GOOD TO KNOW
- In-unit washer, plus community coin laundry on site.
- One assigned parking space marked "102." Overflow parks on the street with all four tires off the pavement.
- Coconuts is a shared complex with other owners, so the pool and grounds are common areas.
