From the living room porch, a staircase leads to your own private Island oasis. Plenty of seating and sun loungers surround the lagoon shaped 26x17' pool so you can bask in the Florida sunshine. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. The perfect way to end your day is a late-night swim or hang up by the Tiki bar out back.Optional pool and spa heating, up to 86º F, is available from October to April at $150/week. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool equipment is locked for safety, and controls must not be tampered with. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris, due to tropical climate, might occur in between service days. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. The spa is integrated with the pool and its body of water and requires the pool heater to be on to warm up. The spa must be turned on manually and will run in increments. When the ambient temperature falls below 60º F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off.
