« From arrival to departure... the experience was wonderful! We stayed in the three shepherds huts which are beautifully updated to a very high standard. Dinner was DELISH as was breakfast. AVOID paying via hotels.com because it caused serious checkout problems... but NOT the fault of The Plough Inn -- WE LOVED IT! »

« A real find! A pub in the middle of rural Kettleshulme concealed an excellent restaurant and very comfortable rooms. The bedroom was very well equipped - including a built in toothbrush charger! »

« Nous avons eu la chambre N°1 qui est vraiment agréable avec un grand lit confortable. Idéal pour se reposer après une journée de marche. Le soir nous avons diné à l’hôtel en ayant réservé une table. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes avant que quelqu'un prenne notre commande. Et j'ai été déçu par la nourriture, sans doute que je m'attendais à quelque chose d'une plus grand qualité dans ce genre de cadre. En conclusion c'est un lieu vraiment chouette et typique pour séjourné, mais ma mauvaise...

« There was no breakfast available but there are plenty of options for breakfast within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the ensuite was roomy. There was no internet access in our bedroom. Parking is allocated to your bedroom number and is available from book in until about 1.30pm to 2pm on the booking out day. This was ideal for us as we were able to get a last hike in before leaving. »

« Very enjoyable stay at The Cheshire Cheese Inn, staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the evening meal and the food quality was excellent and the service great. Nothing was too much trouble and the team chatted to us throughout the evening. Breakfast the following morning was top notch (my particular favourites being the sausage and bacon). « Internet access only in the bar which is closed between 3 and 5 pm. So no Internet acces during this period. I had to quit my room without using it cause impossible to stay without Internet. My room was charged. »
