„Stayed for one night, the bar area was really busy when I arrived at around 1845hrs. Booking in was straightforward and the room was comfortable with an en-suite. The locals in the bar were very welcoming and friendly. I had a full breakfast, which was excellent, the staff were also very friendly. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, the location is an excellent base for touring the area, and the price of rooms are good value. “

„Pub was great, food was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room, Senna Cove was very comfortable, shower fantastic and bed really comfy. The photo on the website is possibly a wee bit out of date. Pub really welcomes dogs, ours was very well catered for and loved his sausages for breakfast. Pub would benefit from having a bin for used poo bags. There are none around. Overall a great experience and we would definitely return “

„Wir waren für eine Nacht mit 3 Personen in Zimmer 2. Noch bevor wir von den Motorrädern absteigen konnten hat uns der super nette Koch einen Parkplatz auf dem verschlossenen Hinterhof angeboten. Das Abendessen, das "Full-English-Breakfest" und die diversen Biersorten im Pub sind sehr zu empfehlen.“

„Fantastic stay at the Allanton inn. Bar and restaurant is great, especially having a drink in the large outdoor area. Staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. The bed in our room was a little hard but it this is a minor issue for such a great stay. “

The en-suite bathroom appears to have been recently upgraded and is amongst the best I have encountered in hotels of this size. The Newcastle Arms would be my first choice if I were visiting the area again.“

„About 14 minutes from Berwick in a quiet spot. Very comfortable room. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing, just ask and you get. Highly recommend but only have 2 rooms so be quick. “

„This property was fantastic, excellent location overlooking the sea. Perfect for 4 couples as each bedroom has its own en-suite/bathroom. Welcome basket of bread, jam, tea, coffee, butter and milk was nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you“
