« We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...

« The room was clean. Excellent communication with the staff on WhatsApp. The AC was not cooling the room down so I had to use the ventilator which got me sick on my last day in Rome (thankfully the weather was not hot, so I could handle the warmth) The location was not ideal as Centocelle is not the safest place in Rome and it’s very smelly, but manageable. »

« I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to. A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that...

« Very personable and polite staff and service, breakfast was extraordinary with a wonderful array of options! »

« Amazing owners and such a great room! Very clean and modern. We had very early morning schedules so I do hope the other guests in the house weren’t too disturbed. Ciampino and the walkable Pizzaria were lovely and welcoming »

« The bed matrass was to firm for my taste »
