She was so friendly and communicated all the details we needed before our arrival and made herself available during our stay. The location was perfect as we could walk downtown to all the shops and restaurants as well as the Springs Park which was the purpose of our visit. The cottage was just what we needed, clean, efficient, had all the utensils we needed and the Comfort we seeked after long days on the water! We will ...

„This is a quaint cottage which means it is small. However for two people more than adequate for our weeklong stay. Check out the historical aspects of Brooksville. Very convenient to everything. The only problem was the double bed. Too small for two people. Watch the step going into the sleeping/bath area. The extra sunporch allowed us to spread our belongings. could use some cute curtains at windows. Perfect for single professional looking for privacy.“
