The Wayne Inn is a very traditional motel style property.We offer full services yet at a very reasonable price.However, the room you chose was perfectly suited for a person who wants to minimize expenses yet provides all necessary services. It does have a clothes rack next to the bathroom.

We have a very nice coffee shop just a few doors down from the rooms. It offers coffee and many other beverages including alcoholic ones that are available for on premise consumption and take out(only wine and beer for takeout). We did respond to the guests complaint about the TV.

We would very much if a guest does not like something about our Inn, that they tell us rather than just complaining afterwards.

We would very much appreciate that if a guest had any issue with our Hotel that they inform us so we can take care of it.Our front desk personnel is very happy to take care of all our guests needs..We simply do not understand the "no heat complaint" as our heating system works very well.The Direct TV was in fact off for a very short period ot time due to atmospheric conditions but it came back very quickly.

Our property is not that old and we keep it in very good condition.Our prices are very reasonable and competitive with other Hotels.

Thanks very much for staying at the Wayne Inn.Sometimes maintenance issues arise that we are not aware of and we would appreciate our guests telling us about them so they can be taken care of.

We would like very much for someone posting a review to explain any issues they may have.This enables us to provide better accommodations and service.

This guest was very upset that since they arrived after 12midnight they had to go our sister property a few blocks away to pick up the key. That clearly made them not happy so they wrote a bad review.Our rooms are always cleaned and sanitized thoroughly by our cleaning staff and then each rooms is inspected by our Manager,The building is safe and secure and not "falling apart"

We do our best to maintain very reasonable prices. If a guest requests a hair dryer we are happy to get one for them.Our rooms are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly.

We inspected your review. The "broken floor" was just a very minor space between 2 of the floor boards.And we could not find any stain on the bedspread.We maintain our rooms very carefully with respect to sanitation, cleanliness and amenities.Feel free to keep the penny...no need to return it to us. Consider it a gift for staying with us.

We wish that when a guest stays at the Wayne Inn, that if they have a problem or need extra services they contact the front desk.In this case, we have no idea who this person was or even if they were a guest.Having said that, our housekeeping staff and management really strive hard to maintain a clean and very serviceable facility.
