„Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Property was clean and sufficient. Staff friendly. Will definitely come back.“

„Hotel is OK, but I honestly thought that a big chain like Novotel would have people who speak English, unfortunately, nobody could speak English at the hotel.“

„The room is perfect for a quick short stay, as I was in Shanghai for about a week. The room unfortunately smelled really heavy of tobacco and cigarettes, so if you’re sensitive or have children - this is not the recommended space. Overall experience however was great! Would come back again!“

„Ich war nur eine Nacht da. Zimmer und Frühstück waren prima-“

„Everything just perfect!!! Real great hotel!!!“

„Great location! It's only a 5-minute walk from the airport, which made my stay very convenient. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. When I struggled to pay for breakfast because I didn't have WeChat Pay installed, a staff member patiently helped me set it up. I also loved the delicious drip coffee. I asked for two extra packets, and when I came back to the room in the evening, the staff had thoughtfully left even more for me. Excellent service!“
