The stay was fine, though due to the renovation at the hotel, the escalators were closed and the elevator was congested.Upon check-in, the reservation was entered incorrectly. It took the hotel and communications with the property manager around 30 minutes to fix it. This was frustrating because we waited until after the 3p check-in time. The property manager was immediately available, but it was still annoying. There’s also a resort fee and a key fee, so definitely add on an extra 30/night a 50 key fee.
