« Very warm welcome from all the friendly staff. My room was external to the pub but it was lovely and warm (despite freezing temperatures outside) it was nice and spacious and had lovely facilities, nice bathroom and very clean. The walk from village to beach and the surrounding little narrow lanes are great if a tad challenging and I would recomend a stay here. »

« 2nd stay at Eyre Court... room was excellent, staff were lovey and friendly and breakfast was plentiful, fresh, delicious and all you expect of a breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed our 2nd stay.. Only down point is the parking is limited.. My sister walks slow and with a stick and people who are just using the pub use the parking. I personally think you should have allocated parking if you are staying in the Eyre court. »

« Very well pleased with our stay, from the moment we arrived to our departure, the service we received was first class from everyone. Lovely room, great breakfast and a lovely hotel. »

« The hotel is a very old coaching inn, full of character, and very well maintained. It is well situated for both Sidmouth and the Donkey Sanctuary. The room had a lovely bed, in a fair sized room. The en-suite was very nicely appointed. Our room was facing the road so there was some traffic noise. The food was excellent and the staff were all really attentive and provided a great service. « Lovely 2 night stay and just as we remembered from previous visits which were a few years ago. Comfortable room and bed with side sea view. Hotel lounge/bar area comfortable and staff were very helpful and pleasant.
