« Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends! »

« The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. « My daughter and I were in Richmond for 4 days to visit my son. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very gracious. Hasan happened to be there when we arrived and helped to unload our luggage! We felt very secure in the house and in the beautiful neighborhood. We were able to walk to the VA Museum of Fine Arts and many restaurants and shops. The beautiful Monument Avenue is just two blocks away. I would definitely recommend this and will stay...
