Hôtel près de Horton Park Children's Farm, Epsom, Epsom

« Quaint and gorgeous building and rooms! Only thing I'd suggest is that the owners put lamps in rooms to augment the LED lighting (for travelers like me whose eyes don't do so well with the LED frequencies). Other than that, the hotel was lovely, as were the staff! »

« Le séjour dans cet hôtel aurait pu être meilleur si nous avions pensé à réserver le restaurant et surtout si la piscine avait été ouverte. La formule snack était médiocre mais cela n'a pas gêné mes enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la déco, la vue sur les animaux de la chambre et l'accès au parc 1h plus tôt que l'ouverture du parc au grand public. »

« Was fairly cheap compared to nearby hotels with a pub next door and a petrol station/shop nearby. It's an ex-premier inn and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was a bit on the grotty side. The grab and go breakfast was a shambles. I ordered it to the room on Monday for 0730 and it came at 0715, Wednesday it was ordered for 0720 and it came at 0650 and the coffee was a mocha instead of what I asked for, each time I was woken up before my alarm, not happy at all. This morning it came on...

« Hôtel impeccable, personnel accueillant et serviable. »

« Parfait »

« The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...

« The hotel was really cosy and the breakfast and dinner delicious. You can walk to Hampton Court in 30 minutes, along the River Thames and Bushey Park is just opposite with free roaming deer and ducks and swans. Kingston upon Thames has an abundance of shops and restaurants. It was a perfect spring break. »

« Joli hôtel du 16e siècle avec un feu de cheminée qui nous attend pour le dîner. Très gentil accueil en français! L environnement est magnifique. J ai vu deux biches pendant ma promenade vespérale. Excellent rapport qualité prix »

« Rien a redire sur l hotel, personnel sympathique et souriant, la chambre etait propre, le secteur de l hotel etait bien et calme. Petit dejeuner copieux, pour tout les gouts et succulents »

« The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. »

« All good! »

« Overall, the experience was okay, but it didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The room layout was unusual and not very comfortable, which made the stay less enjoyable. I was also surprised that slippers were not provided, as this is something I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. The service was acceptable, but nothing particularly stood out. Overall, the hotel met basic expectations, but there is definitely room for improvement to better match its 4-star rating »

« Friendly staff, had a real country pub feel but in town. Food was really good. Will definitely stay again, thank you »

« Great stay with a great host. Thanks for having us. »
