House needs some TLC
We have stayed in Vacasa managed properties many times before and they are always well maintained. That was not the case here. Attached is the message I sent directly to Vacasa:Good morning, we have checked out but wanted to let you know about the house. 1. The dishwasher was repaired during our stay (note was left about it not in operation at check in) but there is only a bottom rack. The top rack was never in the house severely limiting its use. 2. Since the oven was never available (also a note at check in), we had to rely on the toaster oven and outdoor grill. Of the 3 propane tanks, only 1 was partially full allowing 2 meals to be prepared before we had to pay for a new tank. As such, the next guests will not have to pay for a tank. 3. The inside was clean but there was trash and beer cans all over the backyard. We cleaned up the backyard when we arrived. 4. The lake is nice but the house needs some help. Shower doors not closing, ants inside, downstairs bathroom with broken or missing fixtures, outdoor kitchen ceiling fan does not work, exposed electrical buttons on the dryer are all concerning.
