After a day of fun in Hot Springs, take in a magic show at the Maxwell Blade Theater or learn about the city’s ties to Chicago Mafia at the Gangster Museum. Guest Access:

The entire property, both front and back yards, as well as the entire driveway on the right side of the house are yours to enjoy. The detached garage is a separate rental space.



The garage and the driveway on the left side of the house are for those renting the 2 separate short term rentals in the garage. If you would like to rent the house and the 2 garage spaces, contact me and I will let you know if they are all available.



There is a 6-foot fence that separates the main house and back deck from the garage apartments. You will have full privacy while renting the main house.



The Neighborhood:

You are just steps away from Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row are about 5 minutes away by car. We are just off Central Avenue which is the main drag of Hot Springs. Movie theaters, grocery stores, great restaurants, and shops are all just minutes away.

- 5 min drive to Downtown Hot Springs/ Bathhouse Row

- 8 min drive to Hot Springs Airport

- 9 min drive to Lake Hamilton

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



We require all our guests to have used Airbnb before and have positive reviews from past hosts.



You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this house.



Renter must provide a guest list with names and ages of all the guests staying in the house prior to entry instructions being sent.

I am just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We have a handyman on call if you need something we can not resolve over the phone or text.
