The main living area is bright, open, and centered around the lake view, with large windows, comfortable seating, a 85” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace for relaxed nights in.

The kitchen is ready for real group meals, with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a spacious island, indoor dining for 8, outdoor dining by the lake, and a coffee bar with Keurig, drip coffee, and Nespresso.

Check-in is contactless through a smart lock. Your access details will be sent before arrival.

The home is located inside gated Hot Springs Village, guest registration is required before arrival for authorized entry.

Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway and designated parking area.

Please do not park on the street or on the grass. HOA rules apply, and vehicles parked outside approved areas may be subject to towing.

• The outdoor fire pit is subject to local weather conditions and seasonal burn bans. If a burn ban is in place during your stay, we will let you know. You can still enjoy the hot tub, sauna, game room, lakefront seating, dock, and outdoor dining areas.
• Guests are responsible for setting up, securing, and properly storing the water trampoline after use. Instructional videos will be provided as a guide and reference for setup and storage.
• No fishing is allowed from the trampoline, and sharp objects must be kept away from the equipment.
