„We found the staff so kind and accommodating to our problems of not speaking Spanish. The room was so nice and comfortable and the building location was only a 15-20 minute walk to the main Plaza Square where the travel agents were located. Chachapoyas was a fantastic place to visiit and if returning to Peru, we will be staying at this location again.“

„The people who work here are nice and friendly, but my bathroom was extremely visibly dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The first night I was too tired to complain, but in the morning I asked the young man at the front desk to have it cleaned, specifying that the toilet and sink were very dirty.
