« Unfortunately communication wasn’t good before arriving. Adverting says there’s an airport shuttle. But when we requested to have it pick us up, we didn’t get a response 24 hours prior to arrival. So we took a taxi. Upon arrival, it was a self check in and the instructions were not clear to us. It was getting dark. Luckily another guest came by and called someone.
