« Really nice staff - friendly and helpful. Location is good - right across from the beach so you can hear the sound of the sea from the bedroom. Room itself is tired and could do with an update. No locker on one side of the bed. The use a macerator in the bathrooms so it makes a loud noice when you flush the loo or empty a basis. We had no hot water when we were there. We were not told this but found out when we heard a staff member telling another guest. Breakfast is OK if you like the Full...

Le petit déjeuner est très bon tant il s'agit la version cuisinée ou la version continentale. À deux pas du Shanklin Chine et de la plage. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute ! »

« Great views from the bedroom towards the sea (apart from the infamous Shanklin lift shaft). Sun rise while lying in bed was fantastic to see. Staff were great and the food was good. Although some areas were a little worn and could do with a bit of TLC, it was very clean and tidy. »

« Affreux je trouve scandaleux que l’on débite une carte alors que nous avons pas pu venir suite à brittany ferrie qui a décider de partir une heure avant et maintenant on débite 133 e sur mon compte chèque c du Vol »

« Bel hôtel situé dans un joli cadre avec le lac. Les chambres sont spacieuses, de même que la salle de petit-déjeuner et restauration qui offre une très belle vue sur le parc et le lac. Le spa est aussi un plus bien appréciable. Enfin le personnel est très sympathique. »

« A lovely hotel and lovely staff. Great location. We are in the bar and food was excellent as well. There was a slight hiccup on our arrival due to a delayed ferry but the staff couldn't do enough for us after that. We will definitely return and recover.mend it to anyone »

« No breakfast included despite booking confirmation. Room ok but very much in need of repair. Bathroom provisions poor and needed to request additional ‘essentials’ having been left 1/4 a roll. »
