« The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. « The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room service did not touch my bed in 5 days, towels replacement was not every day, trash was ignored, Shower head was broken, window shade was stained. I have photos off all of this and the dirty hallway complete with used Q-Tip. Gross place and rude staff. »

« I called the hotel when I landed to request the shuttle. I was in transit and had to sleep quickly before my next flight early in the morning and it took more than ONE HOUR before it arrived. The girl on the phone told me it would be about 15 minutes. I had to call her 4 or 5 times to ask if everything was ok and every time she told me there was traffic and it would take 10 more minutes and seemed annoyed that I was calling her... wait, what? Excuse me but who should be pissed?! What I noticed...
