« The property was fine with its clean rooms and retro design. However, the air conditioning was not functioning properly in the halls and libby areas. It was sweltering with 90 degree days outside. Also on one of the nights we stayed, the fire alarm went off at 10:45 pm. All of the patrons had to wake up, go outside and, unfortunately, no explanation was provided. »

« When I checked in and went into my room, the sofa looked soiled and was broken and wouldn’t go back in. I called the front desk and staff was aware but didn’t tell me. So I asked for another room but was told I couldn’t even though I saw other guests checking in. I asked politely if I could get a refund and was told yes by the same staff but only to find out the hotel and Expedia wouldn’t honor my refund.
