The home is conveniently located near Creekside Park Village Green, where guests can enjoy local restaurants, coffee shops, outdoor patios, boutique shopping, and family-friendly events. Nearby favorites include scenic Rob Fleming Park, Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, and miles of wooded trails perfect for walking and biking. Guests will also appreciate easy access to grocery stores, fitness studios, playgrounds, and everyday conveniences—all while enjoying the peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere Creekside is known for.

Venture out just a little further to Market Street, The Woodlands Mall, Hughes Landing, and Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion for concerts and events.

Please note a few important details before your stay:

• Pets are welcome with an additional non-refundable $150 pet fee per stay (maximum of 2 pets). Pets must be over 3 years old, under 100 lbs, house trained, spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, and on flea and heartworm prevention.

• Smoking and vaping are permitted outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in a trash receptacle and not in the yard.

• Parking is limited to 4 vehicles and all vehicles must be parked in the driveway. Please do not block neighboring driveways. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

• Guests will enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated office workspace complete with a monitor, making the home ideal for remote work or extended stays.

• The backyard is fully fenced, providing a great outdoor space for relaxing, kids, or pets and includes a trampoline.
