The Space:

The thoughtfully arranged kitchen offers everything you need to prepare family meals or casual seaside suppers, fully equipped to suit both short and long-term stays.

Throughout the property, you’ll also find beautiful artwork created by talented local artists, adding character and a special connection to the surrounding coastal area.



Large doors open from the living room directly onto a delightful garden, creating a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. Step outside to soak up the sunshine and enjoy a refreshing drink in the charming seating area, all while surrounded by the gentle coastal breeze.



The two spacious bedrooms offer peaceful sanctuaries to retreat to after a day exploring the coast. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, each room provides a calm and restful atmosphere where you can truly unwind. One of the bedrooms even features an elegant standalone bathtub, adding a touch of boutique-style luxury and indulgence. For added flexibility, the king-size bed can also be split into two single beds upon request, making the home ideal for couples, friends, or families travelling together.

In the opposite direction, a five-minute walk brings you into the vibrant heart of Hove, where lively streets are lined with independent shops, welcoming cafés, stylish bars, restaurants, and live music venues. It’s the perfect place to enjoy brunch, discover local boutiques, or spend an evening soaking up the friendly neighbourhood atmosphere.

Getting Around:

Guests can easily explore Brighton on foot, making it a perfect destination for those who love to wander and discover at their own pace. The beach’s promenade is especially inviting for walking or cycling, offering stunning coastal views, fresh sea air, and a lively atmosphere along the way. Those with access to their own car may also enjoy driving around Brighton and surrounding areas such as Worthing, Burgess Hill and Newhaven before heading back to their home-away-from-home to unwind. A number of bus routes operate throughout Brighton and Hove offering easy access around the town and further afield to Eastbourne, Newhaven and Tunbridge Wells. Brighton Train Station is also a mode of transport that provides direct services operating to locations across Southern England including Bedford, Cambridge, Chichester, Eastbourne, Littlehampton, London, Seaford and Southampton.
