« Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted. »

« The property was ideally located. Chahue Beach is one of the nicest beaches in all of Huatulco and was only a 5 minute walk away. Also the Chedrai was conveniently located a block away. The square in La Crecita was also within walking distance and only a 35 peso taxi ride. Taxis were always readily avaialble in the area. « The location was perfect. The unit J however was a bit in rough shape. There was a bad smell from kitchen and it wasn’t very clean. The host was hard to reach through VRBO but was great once we started using WhatsApp and provided us with what we needed quickly - clean sheets, lighter for stove, more garbage bags, etc as the place wasn’t fully equipped. « When we arrived we could not get access the suite even though the owner had been notified when we were at the airport. Thank goodness the taxi driver stayed with us and continued to call the owner until a key arrived. Our patio door and all the windows on the floor were unlockable allowing anyone access from the courtyard to all of our possessions. « This place is not looked after. patio window dirty. Microwave and a three burner stove because one was not working. 2 pots and one frying pan that was worth using, the second was A teflone frying pan that was flaking and a coffee pot. Purchased a peeler while we were there. Pool is dirty and no circulation. Owner does not care. My husband and I climbed 50 stairs daily up and down from our room.
