Family getaway

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing week at this spacious and well maintained property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It truly was a hidden gem for our vacation! All of the beds were quite comfortable, the updated kitchen is very nice, and the pool was the perfect temperature for relief from the heat on the hot days!The host is very communicative and provides a thorough list of instructions and helpful information to make all aspects of your stay as easy as possible. Despite a time difference, the host was readily available and responded promptly to any and all correspondence. We would love to stay here in the future for a longer visit and will be saving this location for the future!

Beautiful house in a lovely location

The house was lovely and clean and welcoming on arrival. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything you may need. A Publix supermarket is located not far away and a bigger Walmart and restaurants are a short drive away. The pool area is lovely and there are lots of inflatables and sun beds, chairs etc. It was easy to get in touch with Liz while we were away and any questions we had she answered speedily and was very helpful after I broke my wrist. I would totally recommend this house for a stay with family or friends in a lovely quiet neighbourhood.

Another amazing Family Vacation.

As every year since the last few years this beautiful house didn't disappoint at all. We love all the upgrades were done to the house... Especially the kitchen! That was a big WOW when we opened up the door! The whole Family enjoyed the house and my retired Parents from Poland were so impressed with everything. Thank You so much for having Us... We had a good time staying here house was large and we all had alot of room. had to ask neighbors when recycling was no info in the book about it garbage can would open anytime you walked past that was weird didn't see anything about pool heat on listing because we would have used it because pool took a long time to heat up all and all we would stay again we had a nice time

Great villa in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood

Nicely laid out and well cared for. Pool excellent and solar heating made swimming a delight. Well equipped throughout. Two small issues - a/c in master bedroom seemed less efficient than the rest of the villa; the kitchen does need an update as one cupboard door fell off! Overall very happy with the villa.

This is one of the nicer homes we've stayed in. We always try to treat the rentals as if it was our own. It was very well stocked except I would have liked to grill some Hot dogs or something on July 4th. I definitely can understand not having a grill after seeing the condition of grills in other houses. Some of them are fire traps because they haven't been cleaned. Definitely can't take off points for an overall smart choice. The house was like home.

Don’t pass this up

This house is lovely! It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was just the right size for our young family of 4. The kitchen had every dish, pot, pan, small appliance and utensil we could have needed and then some. There were plenty of quality linens for all of us including beach towels! The pool was a dream! It was crystal clear and oh so warm! The location was perfect for us! Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and our family! The neighborhood was mildly active with people walking their pets and kids playing during the day, and serenely quiet in the evening. We absolutely will be staying here again!!

Beautiful home

First of all, it's a beautiful home with a nice pool. However, it should be mentioned in the listing that the AC is locked at 75F. It was really hot in the home. Also, there should be facecloths and hand towels, not just bath towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was really well equipped but no dish cloths to wash the dishes. Also, we only learned that the televisions in the bedrooms had no cable a couple days before we got there. It would have been nice to know this before as we were already on our way when we learned this and would have brought our Roku had we known.

Another amazing experience.

Beautiful, very clean and very well equipped vacation house located in the quiet and friendly neighborhood. We basically spent hours each day in the swimming pool. Water was so warm and clean. That was our second time in a row over there and we'll definitely go there again! Thank You!

The pool enclosure did have a small tear in the bottom screen which almost allowed a small snake in. Nothing we couldnt handle..oh your big coffee pot on the counter does not work

Sensational in the Sunshine

Our 14-night stay was sensational and better than we anticipated. Our host, Liz, was very prompt and interactive whenever we needed to contact her. We were delighted with the property and the location was perfect for my wife and I during our holiday. We highly recommend this property and the pool is a homerun! Comfortable home in a great neighborhood

Upon arrival, we were pleased with the home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, which served well for walks and morning runs. The home is spacious and was clean. We noticed that the blinds on the sliding glass doors were very fragile and likely need replacing, as several fell with the simple opening and closing of them. The pool area is where we spent most of our time. The space surrounding the pool is amazing! We noticed that the deck surrounding the pool could use a good scrubbing and the patio furniture could stand an update. Overall, the home was a fantastic space for our FL vacation! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Lovely home

Home is clean and spacious. Pool warmed up nicely when sunny. Everything available for all cooking needs. I am used to an expensive coffee maker as the coffee maker is not the greatest. Hot water will come with a few minutes of running it. There is currently no recycling. Everything goes in the garbage. It’s a scheduling thing for this property. Beds were comfortable. I would return but will not due to location. Depending on purpose of visit this home is too far from Tampa / Orlando. If you want quietness this is a great home.

Fairway Oaks Hudson

The rental home was beautiful, clean, spacious just as advertised. What a wonderful space with very large Master suite, office area and living space. Very bright with multiple glass doors overlooking the delightful pool. Liz was more than accommodating to our needs. We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the folks we did meet were very nice. The Hudson area is a nice (not crowded) area with Gulf access and shopping/dining very close by. Hoping we can make a return trip sometime soon.
