„Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. “

„Our friends were getting married at a hotel nearby and we decided to stay here as a budget-friendly option and were more than pleasantly surprised by the cabin. It was not only cozy, but extremely clean, had all the kitchen tools we needed, was stocked with wood and easy to get around the Huilo Huilo reserve from. I would 100% return!“

„Viele versteckte Zusatzkosten (10 USD pro Nacht Rezeptionsgebühr, 10% Trinkgeld auf Zimmerpreis etc.). Anlage ist alt und in überholungsbedürftigem Zustand. Service der Rezeption ist schlecht (mit einzelnen Ausnahmen). Würde zukünftig eine anderes Hotel wählen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ideal für Outdooraktivitäten.“

„Personal amable y preocupado. El refugio familiar esta en un lugar hermoso. Vista maravillosa a la desembocadura del lago. El depto es comodo y limpio. No obstante, le hace falta mantencion. Litera se cayo sobre uno de los niños. Las ventanas abrian con dificultad. Desgaste general. La cocina le falta equipamiento ( hervidor, microondas). Le faltan servicios, al menos desayuno y bar.“

The so-so: - Breakfast is served late (9 am) and they are not really ready then either. - If you are leaving early a breakfast is made available but is very poor. - Internet was only only in the lobby building and of moderate speed.
