« My sister and I stayed in room 1 and it was so quiet, very clean and cosy and beds were really comfy, Steve and tony the owners were very welcoming and very friendly and chatty. They thought of everything - robes and slippers, make up wipes cotton wool, bottled water, yummy homemade cookies, chocolate on pillow. « We'd had a bad experience with another hotel requiring us to move at short notice. The service at here was infinitely better. Comfy spacious rooms with everything you'd ask for. « The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break »
