« We live staying here for convenience and price but it does seem to be on the noisy side. You can hear everything all night and seagulls from 4am 😤 but we have generally enjoyed staying here. The rooms are super spacious and very convenient to walk into town, get food and drinks and enjoy some rest in the room. Very reasonably priced and the staff are always very friendly. »

« The place was really easy to find. Nice and quiet with a great bar and excellent food menu. Lots of space and friendly staff. The caravan was laid out for our family requirements and was comfortable. I would defently stay there again as it is a great location for travelling around the local area. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! The bed is also tucked under the eves on one side so again be aware when getting up in the night as it is very close to your...

« Had a wonderful three-night stay at The Gin Trap Inn during May 2025. We stayed in The Stables room with our young dog - it was her first trip away so she was a bit excited and nervous, which she demonstrated by barking more than she should ! The hotel staff were wonderful, dealing with her politely and lessening our embarrassment.
