There were a few cleaning issues such as pull tabs and tissues missed, and the pool area still had trash, but the important areas like the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The walk to the beach took about ten minutes. The owner had two carts that helped a lot.Our stay included Memorial Day weekend.
