« We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!! »

« We stayed in this property bc our daughter’s graduation (Amherst) was sold out. We used the property to have a place to sleep and shower exclusively.The duplex was clean, well equipped with towels and linens. We used two of the 3 bedrooms. The king size bed was comfortable enough. The queen size bed (not the bunk bed) was very uncomfortable according to my daughter and her partner. « The neighborhood is a little dicy but we didn’t feel like we were in danger. It’s just kind of run down. The house was clean. Spacious. There are two queen beds and a twin not the queen and a full as described. Maybe they were confused because there was a full size headboard for one of the queens. 25 minutes from the Log Cabin where we had a wedding. Would have been nice if the code had been changed so my daughter could have gotten in with no hassle….oh well. All in all- not a bad experience. »

« “Upscaled” is not the first word I would use to describe this property even though it is the first word in the property description. The home is older and while clean is not light and bright as the picture of the living room would indicate. In fact, the rug and the couches are completely different. Most of the blinds were missing slats or did not operate to let light in. Rose was incredibly responsive and personable. « This house was perfect for a family of eight plus a dog! Everything was as advertised. Plenty of parking and the beds were very comfortable.The kitchen, dining, living room were spacious and equipped with everything we needed to host dinner and enjoy each other's company.My daughter graduated from UMASS and the commute back and forth to the campus was very easy, within a half hour drive.
