„The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet.  ...
