„Location, location, location - cottage is located a few steps from a beach with views of the water (tidal inlet, saltwater marsh, and Nantucket Sound) on three sides. Cottage was clean; beds were comfortable and the views were great. Thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk along the tidal pools, watch the various water fowl, and enjoy the peaceful setting.“

„My husband and I visited in late October and were so happy we chose this home. The coastal view was unreal and the seals popping up were so special and we got a lot of enjoyment watching the local bird life as well! On a clear night the moon and stars shown so brightly over the water it was incredible. On our last day we chatted with the neighbor who is also the owner and learned some fun information about the house and life on the coast. Please know that the road to get to the house in unpaved ...

„The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space ...

„We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week on the pond! My husband & I were there with our young adult children and their friends. During the week we ranged from 4 - 6 occupants & there was plenty of room for all. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space and all had ceiling fans for those warm nights. Two of the bedrooms have sliders out to the backyard with a beautiful view of the pond! We were able to enjoy a few sunrises by literally rolling ...

„We had a fabulous time at Cape Cod and this could not have been a more perfect rental for us. The house is so well furnished! Great kitchen supplies, lots of towels, selection of pillows and so comfortable. It was very clean. It was also nice to have a washer and drier with laundry detergent supplied! It’s located a block from the water and an easy walk to downtown in a quiet area. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll certainly want to stay here.“

„We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!“

Jede Einheit verfügt entweder über einen großzügigen Balkon mit Sonnenschirm oder eine Terrasse. Es gibt einen Indoorpool, eine Wäscherei für Gäste, einen sehr großzügigen Aufenthaltsraum mit Büchern, Spielen und schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich sowie Liegen. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.“
