„Very convenient for everything“

„Renoviert: top. Straße laut “

„Unpleasant smell in the room due to improper maintenance of the air conditioner. Cooling worked, but the air from the air conditioner spread an unpleasant smell. The breakfast menu only offers a selection of essential items, I expected a better choice for the price I had to pay.“

„The front desk was very friendly“

„One thing I found shocking was the exclusive use of plastic cutlery, plastic cups and plastic plates etc. for breakfast. So much stuff to throw away! This is not sustainable at all and should be avoided in our times.“

„Es gab zwar freie Gerränke, aber 1. parallel wurde die Eingangshalle renoviert 2. das freie Essen war optisch nicht genießbar 3. das Frühstückssngenot mehr als bescheiden 4. aufgrund der Buchung über Hotels.com war die Möglichkeit des Hotels uns als direkte Gäste behandeln zu können sehr eingeschränkt. “

„My room had a bad odor, there were ants in my room and the shower was not even close to lukewarm.“

„Gute Option in Brownsville, das über keine Hotels in der Innenstadt verfügt. Taxi ins Zentrum/zur Grenze ca. 16 USD. Und wie immer: hervorragende Holiday Inn-Betten!“

„We chose Rooms at the Pecan because of the reviews about cleanliness in the surrounding hotels. Clean is important to us. Room was very clean, dated but maintained, ac worked well. The location was perfect for our activities in the area. We knew it was a basic room with no mini fridge, microwave or coffee machine the issue we had was there was no tv access. Tv was in room but no clicker, went to desk was told the clicker was removed because tv doesn’t work. They apologized for the other employee ...

„Worst experience ever! I do not recommend anyone to stay here. Starting from when you first arrive just outside itself you can tell there is sewage problems the smell is horrible. Once we got into the room there was no amenities no fridge or microwave yet the other room we rented did have it. The sink looked like it was falling and comping apart from the counter top. Room had roaches and the rooms we had gotten were non smoking yet the bedding had cigarette burns!“

„Bad experience! Not modern! After being in the room for 2hrs i could not breathe because the mold and dust was very bad. I knew the motel was old but it was very very old. I booked for 2 days and left after 2 hours. They also refused to refund me after I claimed to have bad allergies and couldn't breathe in their room. Good luck!“
