We had such a lovely stay here each and every time! We’ve stayed a couple of times with our first visit being 2017. From the moment I arrived, everything felt peaceful and inviting. The rooms were clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The entire place was very quiet, which made it perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.The host was welcoming without being intrusive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a calm, restful getaway, this is the spot. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to relax in comfort

Annual Summer Florida Beach Trip

This is a great place to stay on the beach. There's plenty of seating and a nice well equipped kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware, which I find isn't always the case when renting one of these units. Huge fridge. The only negative I have is that the king size bed upstairs was not comfortable for me.

Hidden Paradise!

We had a great day for five days at this location and it was wonderful, perfectly placed next to the beach, literally within walking distance and a very economical price
. It was a very clean and comfortable and definitely will be back
. To us it was a hidden gem away from the touristy type hotels where there’s lots of people around and you pretty much have the beach to yourself which our family loved along with great privacy
. Do yourself a favor and give this unit a look, you won’t be sorry!

Quick stay on the Space Coast

This property far exceeded our expectations! It was clean, beautiful, well stocked, and right on the beach! We loved waking up to hear the ocean, and walking straight out to it. Robert was responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend a visit here.

Oceanside Bliss

We loved our stay! The condo was superb. It had extra beach towels, beach toys, tasty snacks, and a well equipped kitchen. The view from the second floor balcony was awesome and a great place for morning coffee and evening drinks. The unit is convenient for shopping and steps from the beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Spot!!

This was such a beautiful place to stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with so many of the things that we needed. The master bedroom is beautiful, and the balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise!! The beach here is filled with seashells and not people!

Condition of house

The house was under repair with construction dust, thick in many areas. The smoke detector on the first floor was missing from the base. The rain gutter on the upstairs balcony was tied up with “caution” tape. There was a hole in the wall, next to the bed, where an outlet was. There was an area on the bedroom wall that was spackled and not painted. There was a clothes washer but no dryer. I contacted the host and was told that the house was cleaned and ready for our arrival. I asked if I could send her the pictures I took of all the above complaints. After she viewed the pictures, she said she would come that evening and clean, which she did. She did ask if we would mind if the dryer was available for delivery the next day, would we mind if it was delivered. I said yes we would mind. We were already inconvenienced enough and did not want delivery people coming in and taking a dryer upstairs. We booked this house a year in advance. The host should have notified us about the construction and no clothes dryer before our arrival and before I had to complain.

Perfect Beach Location

The property location could not be any better with direct access to a beautiful uncrowded beach close to great restaurants and a Publix. The photos and description are accurate and there were no surprises. The townhouse ac worked well and the 3 bedrooms are laid out so everyone had privacy. Watching the sunrise from the patio was incredible.

Dreamy beach house!

We had a family of 6 stay in this 3 bedroom beach house and had an absolutely wonderful weekend on the beach. There was plenty of room, lots of seating, a full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, comfortable beds, and you walk right onto the sand. The location is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping and entertainment, but still quiet in your own corner of the area. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in Indialantic. I am a local and I hope to stay again soon!

Great Location but....

We loved the location of the house in relation to the ocean, shopping, and sites. We did have a few problems but didn't want to have the management company come to address these issues. First of all the cleanliness of the home was not stellar, for example, countertops were filthy, floors were dirty, soap scum from prior renters in showers, bugs etc. I spent 2 hours upon arrival cleaning. Kitchen staples need to be replenished: more silverware (a matching set would be nice) and more plates are needed. The water in the master bath sink just trickled out... my husband fixed the problem. Plus the toilet seat in the master doesn't fit the toilet and shifts. The 2nd master bathroom toilet doesn't fill properly so that needs to be addressed. We turned it off so it would not continue to run. The washer had excessive black mold around the seal. We realize that front loaders can do that but it could use some attention. Lastly the parking... oh my. If you have 2 large vehicles good luck getting into that second spot when other homes are using both of their spots! Again, we loved the location but the interior just needs a little attention.

Nestled in paradise

Lovely well appointed well stocked townhouse nestled in the sand directly in front of the glorious Indialantic beach! Beware though once you stay here you may not want to return home! The views were absolutely breathtaking. The host is immediately responsive via text. The check in process was effortless. The townhouse is stocked with any beach goers needs. Truly a gem! Would definitely love to return!

Perfect spot!

We had 2 grandparents, 2 adults and 2 kids and loved our visit! Plenty of space, everything we needed, including tons of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and couches. The best part is how short the walk is to the sand. Beautiful sunrises and perfect days at the beach! We will be back for sure.

While the location was great, the condo left something to be desired. The manager was very attentive to the problems we called about (toilet and light) but there were just lots of little things. Mold in the vents, not enough hooks in bathroom, no chair in main bedroom, broken trash receptacle, knobs on dresser. There were lots of beach chairs and umbrellas which we appreciated. Compared to other places we've stay, we were dissappointed.
