« The property was great. It had a wonderful view of the water to the intercoastal. The communication with the property was terrific. They were helpful and always responded right away if I had a question. The property looked recently updated. It was cute and quaint and so much better than your standard hotel room. It was like a tiny condo. A few things maybe could have been improved but were no means a deal breaker. There was no bar or liquid soap in the shower but had hand soap on the vanity. I...

« Came to the house from ny on spring break and loved it. Not even a 2 min walk from the beach and near a lot of restaurants that are very good. Super clean house that made us feel very comfortable. We are very happy with our choice to stay here and will hopefully be back in the future! »

« As a former IRB resident, this location did not disappoint! Lots of walking to the beach, nearby restaurants and shops! Great location and well kept and clean unit. Everyone staying on property was great and enjoyed time in IRB! »

« The Seaside Cottages were such an enjoyable place to stay. The cottage itself was exactly as advertised and Megan and Scott are wonderful hosts. Friendly and easy to work with. The pool is lovely and the beach is so easy to walk to. The area is great. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping without the congestion of Clearwater. We will definitely be back. »
