„Clean and well appointed. It is located in a typical Palm Desert community: gated, well maintained, with the back patio opening out to the golf course. My only criticism is the lengthy check-out to-do list. Since I had time, I did everything on the list, however, running a load of laundry, taking out trash and bringing in outdoor cushions seem like tasks that the professional cleaning service should take care of. “

„We came for a few days to celebrate our son’s 27th birthday. We loved the location of the unit and the grass outside for our four legged family member. Perfect spot to sit outside with a glass of wine and view the mountains. Lots of wildlife and a great path to walk the dog! „Property is wonderful. Room is as listed with the exception of the couch bed. It is not a full size as listed. It's oddly between a twin and a full. Comfortable for one person but would be very tight for two people.“

The layout provided privacy and the location allowed us to walk easily to downtown, several parks, grocery stores, etc. Rita was a great host, she was very responsive to any questions we had and outfitted the space with several pieces of child equipment and pool toys so we didn’t need to bring those things with us. „Just wrapped up our stay at this cute Desert Falls CC condo! It was a wonderful week of relaxation. The condo instructions were clear and easy to follow. The condo itself is clean and maintained with comfortable amenities. It has a nice patio with a gorgeous view of the golf course and surrounding foothills. Andrea, the owner, was kind enough to check in with us by text to be sure all was well, and it was!! Pool #11 is so calm with a lovely view. Would definitely stay here again!“

Upon checking in and getting out keys, we entered our locked room, and the lights were all off but there was an employee in the back bedroom with the lights off who didn’t say anything until we asked who was there and he said he was programming the remote. Was startling to walk in to that environment and left us wondering if someone would be in our room again unexpectedly.“

„Wir waren um kurz vor 16 Uhr da und wir hätten noch über eine Stunde warten sollen bis das housekeeping unser Zimmer fertig hat. Nur nach ausdrücklicher unmutsbekundung unsererseits wurde dann nach einem anderen verfügbaren Zimmer geschaut. Darin angekommen empfing uns ein muffiger Geruch und nur kaltes Wasser am Waschbecken. Bei 37 grad Außentemperatur wollten wir nur noch in den nahegelegenen Pool hüpfen, aber zwei von drei werden nun eine Woche lang gereinigt und in dem einen übrig ...
