Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.

You're just a short drive from El Paseo, known for its upscale shopping and dining, as well as numerous golf courses, hiking trails, and local attractions. Seasonal events throughout the valley, including the BNP Paribas Open, Coachella, and Stagecoach, are also within easy driving distance.



Whether you're looking to spend your days by the pool, play a round of golf, explore the local dining scene, or simply enjoy the sunshine, this location makes a great home base for your Palm Desert vacation.



A car is recommended for exploring Palm Desert and the greater Coachella Valley. The home is conveniently located near shopping, dining, golf, and entertainment, with many popular Palm Desert attractions just a short drive away. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the area for guests who prefer not to drive.



Other Things to Note:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.
