It was a great place for an octogenarian and her 4 sons/dils to spend a weekend together. We loved the huge table for playing cards! We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of the downtown square and so many restaurants! Franklin has spent a lot of money on revitalizing this area! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. (Property manager was very willing to walk me through the technology of keyless entry.)

Perfect location and size for our family to gather. This house was by far the most well stocked with home comforts like hand soap in all the bathrooms, plenty of towels, and TP.

We had a wonderful stay at this Franklin VRBO for our women’s retreat! The home was fresh, clean, and very tidy, and the layout made great use of the space so our group felt comfortable the entire time. The location was perfect—an easy walk to local shops, restaurants, and venues, which made our weekend even more enjoyable. Our host, Jake, was very responsive and helpful with any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this property, and would absolutely love to come back again!

The owner was a great communicator and has provided a wonderful house. We loved how functional the house was for our group. Many large houses don't have dining room seating for all the guests, but this house had it. The community was very walkable with wonderful shops/restaurants nearby and the neighbors were very friendly. The only issue we had was trying to access the lock app as that caused us some difficulty but we were able to figure it out. I'd defiantly return.

Beautiful modern house within a couple of blocks of all the boutique stores and many restuarants. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space for a large group. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The only thing it was missing was a hair dryer!

Beautiful Big House

Our team used this as a place to stay and rest, especially between prelims and finals. The house was super clean, extremely quiet, and had a lot of places to rest and relax. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We will definitely stay in this house again!

Our group had a wonderful time in Franklin at this home. Tons of space, very clean, love the layout of all queen beds since we were mostly adults. The massive table in the kitchen was great for meals and games, modern appliances, well-appointed bathrooms, everything was very tasteful and had a clean aesthetic. Our host Jake was very responsive via messages and helpful for any questions we had getting settled in and checking out.Our early risers would walk just a minute or two down to a great bakery/cafe for morning coffee and pastries, and we learned that the people of Franklin are very friendly and there is a wonderful small-town feel that a lot of us didn't realize how much we missed in our everyday lives. Our group had flown in from all over, we were in town for a large convention in Indianapolis, and the commute into the city was about 35min or so, not too bad to have this wonderful retreat from the chaos of the convention downtown.Would absolutely recommend this to groups heading to the area, and if we return another year with a group size that works with this house, we would definitely stay again! Thanks Jake for everything!Dave F the rest of us gencon nerds

This home was perfect for our stay. It is located just two short blocks from the renovated historic post office building where our event was held, which made it incredibly convenient. Communication with the owner was almost immediate and he was very accommodating. The house looked recently renovated and had everything we needed and more, including plenty of blankets and extra pillows. With two large family rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, everyone had ample space to relax and spread out. We would absolutely rent this home again, or another property from this owner.
