Early check- in was appreciated. Toilet by front desk would not flush, broken. Two days later noticed it still was not fixed after letting front desk know two days prior that it was broken. Our room did not have a working exhaust fan in our rooms bathroom. Any ?’s we asked about directions, restaurants, or any info about the area, not one person at the front desk knew anything. Some said they were not from the area and didn’t know. Would not ask someone that could answer our ?’s.
Morning of our check-out, the continental breakfast was to be open and ready by 7:00am. Was not ready until 8:00am. I will never stay at a Marriott again. Will always go to any of the Hiltons, which are exceptional all around!
