„It is a great place and very good location to the stadium. Easy quick walk to the convention center, and being able to park makes it worth way more than most hotels. City noise traffic can be a bit much during the night. It sounds like it is an issue thru the city, though. A pair of ear buds takes care of that.“

„It is very old - the stairs are very narrow and dangerous. There is no bathroom upstairs and it is in a questionable part of town. Only upside is it is close to a lot of business related venues.“

On the location, I would add in the description that the location is the carriage house and the access is via the alley. I would also add that the main living quarters is up stairs - in case there are people staying there with mobility issues. Otherwise this is a great location.
