„WARNING:DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOUSE THAT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! We walked & were immediately greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money ...

„The house was beautiful overall. However, there were a few issues. Both rooms smelled like animal urine, and the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. This, combined with my allergies, made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also dirty When I first walked in, the house smelled like an animal had just left. Despite these problems, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors didn’t bother us. The host was also helpful.“

„Overall the house was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The decor was very cute. It was close to the venue we were going too, and a ton of shopping areas. The only complaint I have was I was unable to take a bath in the jetted tub because the water turned cold too fast and after trying for 2.5 hours I gave up. Aside from that it was a great place to stay.“

„Nice place. Everything located just blocks away. Host was extremely attentive to needs and questions. Very nice neighbors offered assistance if we needed anything (one of us still recovering from a broken leg). Lots of extra touches like water and snacks, lots of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Quick to respond about a minor leak at kitchen faucet. Only suggestion we had was that all of the beds are that soft memory foam mattresses. Would be nice if one of the bedrooms would have had or ...
