„Upon check-in at 3pm I was told a room was not ready. I sat close by the front desk and waited and witnessed 2 other groups of people get thru rooms and keys. I then returned to the front desk questioning why I was told to wait and was then given a room. Frustrating and not acceptable. I also paid for parking and my room key was not coded for the garage. The girl that helped me at the front desk just seemed to have an attitude with me from the very beginning of our interaction. She must of ...

„I liked everything about the hotel, except for a couple of breakfast items. The bacon and the omelettes were tasty and there was a variety of breakfast choices. My only complaint was the sausage gravy was awful and the biscuits and gravy should not be served to guests, unless the quality is significantly improved. Also, there were no hash browns or potatoes offered at breakfast.“
