Hotel North Indianapolis

« The staff was kind and eager to help. The breakfast was waffles, etc. Our room looked like it had been flooded from the room above and repaired because there was a lot of DIY repairs - around the tub and windows were in poor shape. The pillows were bad but the beds were good. The room was a little outdated but clean. The shower was hot and powerful which was good. The thermostat was old so you could control it. Basically, this is a solid hotel room for the price, but not a place I would plan...

« We reserved the room for three adults. Upon arrival we asked for towels and had to confirm the room and we’re still only given one towel and washcloth between us. We had to go find another staff member for a towel and washcloth for each of us and even then was only given one each with a three day stay. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. We asked for toilet paper and was told we had to wait until house cleaning came around which was due in two hours. We had to find someone else and get...

« Very nice room, with everything you would need for a long stay, though we were only there 1 night (even had a full sized refrigerator. Loved the shower and ease of getting shampoo, body wash from dispensers on the wall. No-slip shower floor was great, too!! »

« Room was quiet and clean but could’ve used more amenities like an iron, makeup remover, more coffee (not just decaf), a blanket because the room was freezing until we figured out the thermostat! The location was convenient right off the highway but not near anything walking distance. »
