« Very friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access, breakfast is nothing special but it was included in the stay. Plenty of places close by for eating out, or shopping »

The room and bathroom wasn’t quite as clean as I would have preferred, I’m a little picky when it comes to small things with cleaning, the bathtub could have used more attention, and there were spots of the carpet that looked like they had been missed vacuuming, but it was otherwise acceptable! Thank you!! »

« Smelled like pot everywhere. Our room smelled like terrible perfume and pot. Dirty floors. Carpet and furniture stained. Complimentary breakfast was sparse. Empty coffee pots. The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel. »

« The hotel is clean and really nice for a 6 year old hotel. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Jordon, the front desk person, upon our arrival, made us feel welcome. She was friendly, efficient and very attentive. »

« Room was decently clean - building was very poorly built. Every step on the floor was super creaky. Felt like the floor was going to break underneath me, and every step taken by anyone was loudly heard by anyone close. You should request the top floor if possible, as I was woken up at all hours and early every day by the person in the room above me. Many defects in the building, also the building was not cleaned as a whole. Dirty stairs, hallways, and elevators. Location was pretty good...

« We had multiple issues with our keys. One day they worked the next they didn't. The AC never worked. We asked a few times to have it looked at and nothing The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment »

« We paid for a 2 bed suite 154.00 usd and since that option is not even in existence we lost money and had to stay in the regular room at suite price. Plus this is the second time have stayed and the elevator has not worked. Such a good location it’s so sad the owners have run this property into the ground. »

« Excellent property for a family of 3 with a toddle. Everything was incredibly clean and the room was very spacious, felt like a little apartment. Staff was super helpful when I made a typo in my booking, and were very kind to our little one. Room service was great too! Only thing I would have liked to see was a later breakfast time during the weekdays. Overall amazing experience! »
