« Hotel is doing renovations so various areas are tarped off. Only 1 of the 2 elevators are available for use. Our first assigned room had ants so we asked to be moved. On weekdays, breakfast ends at 9:30am, weekends at 10am. For the 5 days during our stay, by 8:45am, a lot of items were already out without being restocked. »

« The hotel was pet friendly and we were charged $40 for 17 lb dog. When we got to our room there was a very strong dog urine smell, and there were stains on the carpet. The front desk told us that we had been reassigned to the “dog” room. We were concerned because they told us there was $150 deposit in case the room was excessively dirty when we left. This room was already excessively dirty and we did not want to get blamed for that room condition nor did we want to stay in a dirty room. The...

« Room smelled like smoke. The young lady at the front desk was extremely sweet and welcoming. »

« The staff was great, I woke up in the middle of the night I was thirsty, the guy at front desk gave me 2 water bottles . »

« Easy access off the highway, far enough removed to avoid road noise , smooth, quick check-in, nice morning buffet breakfast. Room was comfortable with the divider between the sleeping area in the living area. »

« There was remodeling, but it was still kind of rundown a little bit especially the pool area. It’s supposed to be heated, but there is no heat in the pool. »

« Room was very nice. Staff was excellent! Parking was easy with a small car. Great location to many shops and restaurants. »

« Loved the quality Dove soaps and lotions provided, especially the real hand soap by the sinks instead of a bar. Breakfast was nice. Pool and hot tub were great. The only negative was limited seating during the busy breakfast time made it difficult to get a table. »
